This Privacy Policy explains how ODBS LLC (operating as ODBS Tech, "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit odbs.tech, use our applications and services, or receive emails from us. Individual products may have their own privacy policy with additional details; where they do, that policy applies to that product.
Information we collect
Account information: when you sign up for one of our products, we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address.
Contact information: when you contact us through our website or by email, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
Usage and technical data: we collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, and logs needed to operate, secure and improve our services.
Email delivery data: for emails we send, we process delivery status information such as deliveries, bounces and spam complaints.
How we use your information
We use personal data to provide and maintain our services, create and secure your account, respond to your requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Email communications
We send transactional emails only to users who have registered for our services with their own email address. New email addresses must be confirmed through a verification link.
We do not purchase, rent or collect email lists. Addresses that hard bounce or file a spam complaint are automatically suppressed and are not emailed again. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings, or contact us to stop receiving emails or to delete your account.

These include Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery via Amazon SES), Google Cloud, and Cloudflare (content delivery and security). Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting or security requirements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
